Following on from the 13 June meeting about the last response we got from Matthew Double, HACSU members at ADS passed the following resolution:

We resolve to suspend the current workplace bans as a sign of good faith provided, a) We receive MDA backdated to October 2017 b) Ongoing payment of the MDA If this hasn’t happened by 5pm Wednesday, 20 June bans will be reinstated immediately.

We sent this to Matthew Double in a letter and he has gotten back to us with a response to the resolution.

Last time we met, we all decided to meet again on 20 June to discuss his response and decide if we need to take further actions and if so, what they might be.
