Your agreement has been voted up

The Healthscope ballot has been counted for nurses/midwives and it’s unfortunate that 195 voted YES and 50 voted NO out of440 eligible employees - 194 people didn’t vote.

It’s been a long arduous journey and you should be proud of all the great work you’ve done, because if you hadn’t made a stand and taken protected industrial action the outcome would have been very different.

Let’s keep on making Healthscope accountable by lodging your Riskman forms.

Healthscope stated in their proposed draft agreement that once the EBA gets voted up they’ll commit to having workload consultative committee meetings within a month, then every month after that for 6 months. These meetings will be crucial to formally identify the ongoing staffing concerns you’ve repeatedly said are unacceptable.

Stay strong and stay united.
