We wrote to Kathryn Berry about workers’ concerns of not being adequately able to access breaks, and she's responded to say managers are now aware of the requirements for staff to get their breaks and to be paid the overtime rate if they don’t.
So you need to contact your manager/AHC if you have any issues or need assistance getting your breaks. The managers will be making sure your breaks are allocated.
This is great news for all staff – well done to everyone who raised the issue!
