Make wage theft a crime

Wage theft is when companies deliberately underpay workers and keep the money for themselves. Sign the petition today.

Wage theft affects thousands of workers each year – in fact, it’s now so common that in some places it’s the business model.

You might have heard this called “underpayment”. But we’re not calling it that anymore; we’re calling it for what it is.

There are no consequences for businesses who engage in wage theft – if they’re caught, all they have to do is pay you the money they owed you in the first place. That’s totally unacceptable.

Sign this petition calling on the PM to make wage theft a criminal charge and hold companies who do it to account.
