The Fair Work Commission has called a conference at 4pm today where HACSU will seek for Southern Cross Care to stop using their workforce as scapegoats.
Since the damning interim report delivered by the Aged Care Royal Commission, Southern Cross Care management have embarked on a mission to target aged care workers for the failures identified by the Royal Commission.
Despite a willingness to work constructively with Southern Cross Care to identify meaningful and lasting solutions to the issues, our members continued to be targeted for systemic failures and underfunding in the sector.
