Our Thank You for Working in Aged Care Week is kicking off on Sunday 3 September!

We’ll be out and about from Sunday until next Saturday to say thank you to aged care workers across the state and run a special prize giveaway for HACSU members.

Look out for us at your worksite and remember to grab a chocolate from a HACSU organiser. If you find any of these tickets inside the wrapper, you’ve won one of the following exciting prizes:

• Gold – $600 in your choice of Coles or Woolworths gift cards

• Silver – $300 in your choice of Coles or Woolworths cards

• Bronze – $150 in your choice of Coles or Woolworths cards

There are also plenty of $50 on-the-spot prizes and a $300 second chance draw for you to join online (winners will be drawn on 22 September).

We know that real thanks means real change.

This year as we celebrate the hard work of aged care workers, we’re calling for:

• The 15% interim wage increase to be expanded and given to ALL aged care workers

• ALL aged care workers to receive the full 25% wage increase
