After continued silence from your employer about the outstanding issues of your bargain, we have lodged with the Fair Work Commission for a protected industrial action ballot.

The vote will open at 9am on Wednesday 20 December – you will receive your login details to vote via email and SMS. The voting period will close on Friday 22 December at 1pm.

For the ballot to be successful, 50% of HACSU members at the Clinic must vote in the ballot and each industrial action must be approved by 50% of voting members.

Because of the tight turnaround on the vote, it is crucial that you vote YES to all questions as soon as you receive the ballot on Wednesday morning.

A YES vote will mean that we are one step closer to making history by having you take industrial action for the first time and one step closer to putting pressure on Kath to give you a fair deal.
