The Allied Health Assistance Governance Framework Reference Group has done some fantastic work bringing together a draft document, and should be congratulated for the long hours spent producing it, but that’s not the end of this road.

We need to discuss the draft and what it means for scope of practice, access to vocational education and professional development and where AHA's are compared to where they should be in the award.

It’s widely acknowledged that the role is expanding, and it’s time to discuss expanding staff options, so we’d like to set up a video conference meeting to discuss a plan for a way forward.
