It’s been more than three weeks since we met with Calvary to tell them what you’d like to see in your next general staff agreement, and since then they’ve failed to even reply to a single one of your requests or concerns.

They’ve shown contempt for you, ignored the issues, and dragged the whole bargaining process on, all in the hope that union members will be quiet and take whatever Calvary deigns to offer – but we won’t.

If this is how Calvary are going to treat workers, it’s time to talk about industrial action.
