Our Launceston office will be open intermittently for members between Tuesday 13 December and Thursday 15 December.

Due to momentary staffing shortages, the Launceston office will be open intermittently for members between Tuesday 13 December and Thursday 15 December.

If you are planning to visit our Launceston office during this period, we ask that you please contact 1300 880 032 and select Option 3 to make sure that there is a staff member on site. This will allow us to make sure that someone will be there for you during this brief period.

For those members looking to purchase gift cards and/or movie vouchers, you can do so over the phone by contacting 1300 880 032 and selecting Option 3. Phone orders will be posted on the same day from our Hobart office.

Thank you for your consideration and understanding during this time. We will be resuming normal operating procedures shortly.
