The government finally gave us an offer for your replacement Nurses and Midwives Agreement late last week – and it’s far from perfect.

This government just can’t seem to get it through their heads that you need a competitive offer that addresses recruitment and retention and fixes the staffing shortfalls in your area – before the rest of you leave the state in droves.

Your patients and your community value you and know how hard you work. Now, we need to hear what you have to say.

We’ll be having meetings across the state next week so we can come up with a plan with you and your delegates that puts the pressure on the government to address the stress you’re under.
