We’ve received correspondence from AT about making ECP classification changes outside the bargaining process.

We don’t reject this idea, but we do want to make sure changes are done correctly, want to talk this through with our members, and don’t want to just give up members’ terms and conditions whilst potentially benefiting others.

It’s also worth noting that a change proposal under the consultation clause is absolutely required if this matter isn’t dealt with in the bargaining process.
