This week we had the first of the working group meetings for ENs and RNs, and at the meeting we chatted a lot about your claims around professional development leave.

HACSU are fighting for an increase to 7 days paid professional development (PD) leave in your bargaining agreement, but we need you to tell us more about your experiences around PD leave.

Our next working group meeting is 3 April, and we’ll have more information out to you about the survey results at the meeting.
