Last week we met with the Calvary executive to discuss bargaining to replace your expired staff agreement. We presented your log of claims wish list that’s been developed over the past 12 months across multiple campuses, and you can click here to read it.
So far, Calvary has agreed to give a preliminary response and provide their own changes to the agreement by 28 September.
The first proper bargaining meeting is scheduled for 30 September, which is where your bargaining team will start to flesh out the content of the new agreement, with a tentative follow-up meeting scheduled for 17 October.
