Your HACSU bargaining team met with I-MED this week to finally kick off discussions around your new agreement. We strongly voiced your concerns about workload and cost of living pressures and your need for a fair pay rise and increased sick leave.

While I-MED said they could not commit to agreeing to any of our claims at the meeting, the discussions were largely positive.

One of our concerns is that I-MED seemed to suggest they want to make changes to your agreement which would make it easier for them to change your roster and reduce your redundancy entitlements. We’re keeping a close eye on this and will wait for more info before making any judgments.
