Some haven't been getting paid for all they do.

We’ve heard that some of your co-workers haven’t been getting paid for all the shifts they’ve worked or some of the overtime they’ve done.

If you’ve completed an extra shift, worked overtime or simply not been paid for a rostered shift, you shouldn’t be financially disadvantaged due to issues that are out of your control.

Your responsibility is to clock on and off when you go to work, or maybe to complete timesheets, and if you’ve done this within the required timeframes you should be paid correctly each fortnight. So, if your pay isn’t right and payroll isn’t getting back to you or is saying you’ll need to wait until the next fortnight or longer, you should contact us for help.
