Your HACSU bargaining team met with management again on Tuesday to discuss your log of claims and continue to press for improvements within the document. We’ve provided a range of updates to modernise existing clauses and at this latest meeting there was a request to provide a model clause to cover workload concerns.
As this bargain is a process of mashing together two EBAs covering 4 separate awards we’re working through a range of technical issues that need resolving. We’ll meet again in two weeks where we expect to be provided with an updated draft EBA.
