Recently, members at Healthscope got in touch to let us know they’re concerned that management have been putting the squeeze on some workers to use their annual leave.

There’s a big difference between your manager having a chat with you about taking your leave if you have an excessive balance, versus being pressured by management to take leave because the patient load is light on during school holidays.

Your agreement is clear – forcing you to use your leave is not on.
