It’s been more than three weeks since we met with Calvary to present your very reasonable demands around your next general staff agreement, and Calvary have still failed to reply to a single one of your requests or concerns.
They’ve shown contempt for you, ignored you, and dragged this on, all in the hope that union members will be quiet and take whatever Calvary deigns to offer – but we won’t.
If this is how Calvary are going to treat workers, it’s time to talk about industrial action. We'll be out and about at your work to chat more about this, so please make sure you come along to a meeting near you.
