We're having a meeting to discuss industrial action

We’ve been trying to get the government to understand what they need to do to fix the absolute mess they’ve made of pay and conditions for Radiation Therapists in Tasmania. We’ve told them that there is fierce competition internationally for your skills and if there’s not a solution soon, things are only going to get worse.

We know that you’ve been talking to patients, their families and the community to highlight what’s really happening – but despite that, we’ve heard nothing back since early January.

It’s time for Radiation Therapists to be taken seriously and unfortunately that may mean more industrial action.

We'll be having a Teams meeting on Monday 6 February at 3.30pm to discuss escalating industrial action, you should've received a link to the meeting in your emails from us.
