It was a great opportunity to discuss your concerns about Enviro Services last week when we met, and after our meeting we sat down with your management on Friday to discuss your concerns alongside your delegates.

We presented management with your resolution and the Department have agreed to undertake training for management and supervisors. This will start with training provided by the Integrity Commission this week, as well as further training and clarification of roles to be provided by March 2023. This training is to ensure that everyone has the skills and knowledge to undertake their roles.

It was agreed that discrimination would not be tolerated, and management would provide feedback to individuals when they raise a concern with them. Your new management have also committed to meeting with your delegates and our union monthly to discuss any concerns that haven’t been addressed or are ongoing.
