The results for the UAW EBA ballot are in today, and it’s a big NO vote.

Despite UAW pulling out all the stops with their management team coming down from Melbourne to pressure workers and trying to bribe workers with free coffee, you stood firm and voted their unfair agreement down.

UAW have demonstrated that they’d rather spend money on a coffee van than give you a decent offer.

We’ll now work to set up meetings with UAW management as soon as possible to get bargaining back on track and see if we can get them to agree to give you the conditions and pay rates that you deserve.

You certainly showed your employer what can happen when workers stand together.
