We’ve heard from Glenview that they are proposing a change proposal to the rosters at both Windsor Street and Korongee facilities.

We understand that this news may raise concerns, but it's essential to know your rights when it comes to changes in your roster.

Under your Award, permanent staff are entitled to a "pattern of hours" that is established in writing before you begin your employment. This lays out how many hours you work a week, the specific days of the week you work, and when your shifts start and finish. Importantly, this pattern can only be altered if you agree to the changes in writing.

We expect that Glenview will want to meet with each of you individually soon to discuss these proposed changes. Please make sure that you do not go to these meetings alone.
