After months and months of trying to get Able to the bargaining table and hearing excuse after excuse as to why they couldn’t do that, we have finally managed to force Able to start bargaining for your new agreement by resorting to the Fair Work Act.
Able have now issued the Notice of Employee Representational Rights (NERR) to all employees.
The first bargaining meeting is scheduled for Wednesday 4 April, and we’ll table your log of claims at the meeting.
We’ll keep you updated on the progress.
