We’ve raised concerns with New Chapter and told them that instead of taking advantage of you and directing you to do excessive cleaning jobs, they must value your role as a support worker.
When you participate in a roster, always remember to prioritise participant care. If you can’t complete a deep cleaning task on the tick sheet, document the reasons clearly.
