Voting for your new agreement finished recently. From the 503 eligible voters, 198 voted, and there were 168 (85%) yes votes and 30 (15%) no votes. This means the agreement has been voted up with the majority supporting it.
Your employer will now send your agreement to the Fair Work Commission for approval.
If the Commissioners don’t believe the majority of employees covered by the agreement will be better off, they’ll make recommendations for improvements.
You’ll remain under your current agreement until Fair Work approves the new one.
