The top-up process has remained unchanged

Some Anglicare workers have contacted us asking when they will receive their new rosters.

We've spoken to the team managing rosters for staff who will be staying on with Anglicare after the transfer to genU.

Anglicare said they are working to a deadline of mid-March to have all new rosters provided to workers. They’ve started with the north west region, which is almost finished.

We also asked if workers are likely to lose clients between now and when the new rosters come out.

Anglicare confirmed the top-up process has remained unchanged. That means where employees lose shifts due to clients dropping off or changing organisations, Anglicare will make reasonable attempts to provide workers with replacement hours. Where this is not possible, payments will be made to meet your contracted hours in line with the monthly roster cycle.
