At the eleventh hour, before the Fair Work Commission conference, Mosaic have written to HACSU conceding to our argument about leave loading for shift workers.

From now and into your next agreement, shift workers will receive weekend, afternoon and night shift penalties as annual leave loading.

Mosaic have undertaken to audit employees’ pay where there has been an error.

This has happened because you all acted collectively, took action, and stood up for your rights. It’s important that we take this momentum into EBA negotiations and hold employers to account.
