After members let us know about Mosaic’s despicable attempt to strip away your purchased annual leave hours, we wrote to Mosaic and made it clear that if they went ahead with their plan to breach your agreement, we would initiate a dispute and take them to the Commission.

Because of our resolute stance and your solidarity, Mosaic have now backed down. They’ve told us they won’t proceed with their plan. This is a clear testament to the power of union members.  Your employer is well aware that you will not just give up your rights without putting up a good fight.
