Congratulations! You have successfully stopped Montagu reducing your conditions and trying to rush through a totally unfair agreement.

Although your CEO was not prepared to tell us the actual figures (which you should be entitled to), they have acknowledged that a clear majority of workers said a resounding “no” to the agreement.

This is great news just before Christmas – and it means we can recommence negotiations in the new year to win a fair agreement that actually improves your wages and conditions.
