We’ve got your log of claims at the ready and we’ve tried to bring CBS to the bargaining table to get started on your new agreement, but it feels like we’re dancing on our own.

CBS have declined our offer to begin bargaining and asked if we can start in the New Year instead to accommodate the personal leave of a key people and culture manager.

We agree that personal leave is important and it’s not acceptable that any employee should be forced to work sick. That’s exactly why we have made a reasonable claim to boost your personal leave back to what it was prior to the Modern Awards coming in – 20 days.

We urge you to get behind all the HACSU claims for your agreement, be loud and proud in demanding better wages and conditions at the bargaining table.

We’ll keep in touch and let you know when bargaining finally starts.
