We’ve achieved a big win for your travel allowance, all thanks to the information members provided us about On Track's capping of your kilometre payments.
With the compelling evidence members presented to confirm the capping of your kilometres allowance, we took swift action and lodged an underpayment claim. Because you have stood strong and resolved not to be pushovers, On Track have finally listened and committed to addressing the issue.
On Track have now said they will rectify any payment discrepancies identified following an internal review of our members who have alerted us and provided their names for this corrective action.
We’ll be following this to ensure On Track keep their word and reimburse you for the money owed to you.
If any of your colleagues affected by the underpayments are not yet HACSU members, now is the perfect time for them to join our ranks. We will relentlessly pursue this matter exclusively on behalf of HACSU members.
